This project was to achieve a kitchen extension. Because it was at the front of the property, our clients were limited into how far the extension could project out.
Part of this job was to install structural steelwork to support the existing first floor. We also completed all the internals. After a short build time, the customers are delighted with their new kitchen space!
A 2 storey side extension, with double bedroom, play room and dining room, Bathroom, Plumbing, Electrics, Plastering, Painting / Decorating, Joinery.
This was the second extension project undertaken for this client. Mr Tew instructed us to carry out the Project because he knew the quality of Castle's work. However, on this project it immediately became apparent that the design of the new roof was not achievable in practical terms. Castle worked with Mr Tew's architect to arrive at a solution. The finished extension more than met our customer's expectations.
Our clients required a bungalow to fit in with the local surroundings. After assisting with the design & planning process we Constructed a stone bungalow and garage, which our clients are enjoying their retirement in! We ran and built the whole project from the foundations to the roof, doing all electrical, plumbing and joinery work, the finished bungalow shows a great example of our expertise with stonework .
This project was to make more space for a family in Heanor.
The front to back 2 storey side extension had to be two different finishes; brickwork to the front, and render to rear. We completed all parts of this project during the middle of 2012, and the family are now making full use of their new extension.
We ran and built the whole project from the foundations to the roof, doing all masonry, electrical, plumbing, joinery, Kitchen & Bathrooms and painting & decorating.
This new garage build featured a new Attic truss roof for extra storage space, with concrete rosemary roof tiles.
The Clock brick feature to the front gable gives the garage a neat and interesting design feature.
The Electric operated roller shutter garage door finished the project to the high standard the customer expected.
